Our Return Policy in short

  • You have 14 days to return or exchange an order in the original condition after receiving it.
  • If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please follow the instructions on the return form. 
  • Create a return > log in and submit a return. More detailed instructions below! After this, we will send you a return label for you package.
  • In Finland, return costs 5,90€. Outside of Finland, the customer will cover the cost of return. The return is free of charge only in a case of a faulty or wrong item. 
  • In exchanges, return the product (s) to us according to the instructions and order a new product from our online store. We will cover the postage for delivery of the new size or a new product in Finland.
  • Please note, that it is not a return if you just do not pick-up the delivery. In this case, we will deduct the return delivery costs from your order price.

    Instructions for returning goods

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – in Finland:

    There will be no delivery costs for the customer at Posti when returning. Please create a return by logging in and submitting a return (instructions below) or send us email to morico a morico.fi and we will send you a printable return label. However, all refunds will be charged a handling fee of € 5,90, which will be deducted from the refund.

    Pack the product (s) well in the original packaging, and complete and return product return form. Payment will always be refunded to the same payment method you used to pay for your original order. If you return the whole order, we will pay back the original shipping cost (5,90€ handling cost will be deducted).

    Submit a return request

    Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or by this link.

    1. Log in to your account:
    a)  In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    b) In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    c) Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

    2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.

    3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

    4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

    5. Click "Request return".

    We handle the return request as soon as possible and send you a return label.

    Return via Post:

    Print the return label, attach it on top of the package and take the package to the Post Office. Keep the receipt.

    EXCHANGE:

    Return the product (s) to us according to the instructions above and order a new product from our online store.

    You will receive a free delivery in Finland for an exchange order. You will get the instructions with the order. The handling fee of 5,90€ will be deducted from your return, as mentioned above. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchange delivery outside of Finland.

    If the product is incorrect or defective, the return processing fee will not be charged, please contact morico (a) morico.fi before returning. Also, please contact us before returning if you are returning from abroad.

    Handling time for returns is approximately 5-14 working days.

    Not picking up the parcel from the Posti is not a return
    Please be aware of the parcel storing times by Posti. If a parcel is not picked up from the pick-up point, the parcel will be returned to us and a processing fee of 15€ is charged from the Customer. If you have missed the last pick-up date, please contact our customer service morico(a)morico.fi. If not contacted our customer service, the order will be cancelled and the 15€ processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

    RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – outside of Finland

    Send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. The customer pays the return shipping. Please ensure that you return orders with sufficient postage from abroad. We will not accept returns where postage is not paid. If you receive a wrong or a faulty item, we will compensate you for the delivery costs. Save the tracking code, it will help if the parcel gets lost.

    If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs.

    Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. Mori Collective will not compensate for lost packages.

    Please note, that it is not a return if you just do not pick-up the delivery from the Post. In this case, we will deduct the return post costs from your order price.
